Introduction
• This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains how customers may use the hosting and technology services provided by Cyber Jogi.
• By using our services, you agree to follow this policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.
• This policy applies to all Cyber Jogi services, including website hosting, VPS, cloud servers, dedicated servers, and other related services, where applicable.
• Our goal is to maintain a secure, reliable, and fair hosting environment for all customers.
PROHIBITED CONTENT AND ACTIVITIES
The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on Cyber Jogi services, including links to such content:
• Pornography and sexually explicit material.
• Pirated software, unauthorised MP3 or music archives, ROM archives, and other copyrighted material distributed without permission.
• Cracking tools, hacking tools intended for unauthorized activity, password theft tools, malware, ransomware, viruses, and similar malicious software.
• Spamming, unsolicited bulk email, phishing, fraudulent websites, and email abuse.
• Illegal content, child sexual abuse material, exploitation, fraud, identity theft, and other unlawful activities.
• Any content or activity that threatens server security, consumes resources abusively, disrupts services, or places Cyber Jogi or its infrastructure providers at legal or operational risk.
These restrictions apply to content hosted, stored, distributed, transmitted, or linked through our services.
Cyber Jogi may remove prohibited content or suspend or terminate the affected account or service without prior notice where necessary. Serious violations may result in termination without a financial refund, subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
SECURITY, NETWORK AND EMAIL ABUSE
Customers must not use Cyber Jogi services to gain unauthorized access to systems, launch DDoS attacks, distribute malicious software, conduct unauthorised security testing, bypass security controls, or interfere with other customers’ services.
Spam, forged email identities, phishing campaigns, open relays, and other abusive email practices are prohibited.
Customers must ensure that their websites, applications, scripts, and hosted services are not used to facilitate these activities.
SERVER RESOURCES AND FAIR USE
Customers must comply with the resource limits and fair-use conditions published for their service plans, including applicable CPU, memory, storage, disk I/O, bandwidth, and network limits.
Activities that negatively affect server stability, network performance, security, or other customers’ services may be restricted.
Cryptocurrency mining is permitted only when expressly allowed by the applicable service plan and the relevant infrastructure provider.
Cyber Jogi may investigate excessive or abusive resource usage and take appropriate action, including restricting processes or suspending affected services.
ABUSE REPORTS AND ENFORCEMENT
Cyber Jogi may investigate suspected violations based on abuse reports, security alerts, or other credible information.
Where appropriate, customers may receive a warning and an opportunity to correct the issue. Depending on the seriousness of the violation, Cyber Jogi may remove content, restrict activities, suspend services, or terminate accounts.
Immediate action without prior notice may be taken for illegal activity, serious security threats, spam campaigns, attacks, risks to other customers, infrastructure-provider requirements, or legal obligations.
Serious or repeated violations may result in service termination without a financial refund, subject to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, is the intended venue for disputes, and courts in Jaipur may hear matters where they have legal jurisdiction. This does not limit a customer’s right to approach a consumer commission or other forum where applicable law allows.
