Please read this policy before purchasing services from CyberJogi.com. It explains when refunds may be available and how to cancel a service.
Refunds
• Only first-time customer accounts may qualify for a refund where a refund offer expressly applies to the purchased service. If you previously had an account with us, cancelled and signed up again, or opened another/duplicate account, you are not eligible for a voluntary refund.
• VPS, Cloud, Server, Dedicated Server, GPU and software licence plans are non-refundable. Please contact our sales team before purchasing these services to confirm your requirements, specifications and compatibility.
• Domain fees, setup charges, activated licences, third-party fees and other items marked non-refundable at checkout are not refundable once incurred, registered, issued or activated, as applicable.
• Breaking our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy may make you ineligible for a voluntary refund and may result in service suspension or cancellation.
• If a specific plan includes a refund offer, its stated time limit and conditions apply. Billing errors, failed delivery or other issues will be reviewed. Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Cancellation Process
• You may request cancellation through your CyberJogi client area or by contacting support using the contact details published on CyberJogi.com.
• Cancel before your next renewal date to help prevent the next billing cycle. You remain responsible for charges incurred up to the effective cancellation date and for any disclosed minimum commitment.
• Cancellation stops future renewal when processed; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current or unused prepaid period. Unless the service is suspended or terminated earlier under our terms, access generally continues until the end of the paid period.
• Please download your website files, databases, emails and other data before the service ends. After cancellation or termination, your data may be deleted in line with the applicable service and backup practices.
Orders and Service Changes
CyberJogi may decline or cancel an order where necessary due to availability, incorrect information, payment or verification issues, suspected fraud, security concerns or other legitimate operational reasons. Any applicable refund will be handled under this policy and applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, is the intended venue for disputes, and courts in Jaipur may hear matters where they have legal jurisdiction. This does not limit a customer’s right to approach a consumer commission or other forum where applicable law allows.
